Ryan: Obamacare "Raids Medicare and It Rations Medicare ... For Current Seniors"

Cong Paul Ryan is joining fellow Congressmen Steve King (R-IA) and Mike Pence (R-IN) in giving fiery one-minute speeches on the floor of the House.  We have been amazed at how King and Pence can put so much into a one-minute speech and now Paul Ryan is joining them. 

Never had any dealings with Medicare until Mom moved to Norman.  Since then I have learned that people better have supplemental insurance or they are in a world of hurt.  Even on a hospital stay that is covered by Medicare for a family member, they paid all but $1,132 and acted like they had done a huge favor.  Fortunately, Federal Blue Cross/Blue Shield picked up the $1,132.  It took 11 pages for Medicare to say they didn't pick up the full amount and at the end give an appeal form if you disagreed with their findings.  When BC/BS said they had paid the bill, they sent two pages.  Found out over a month ago that BC/BS had paid but Medicare is just now paying?  There is a reason federal employees who retire are told to keep the Federal BC/BS. 

Yet, the federal government wants to take over all of healthcare?  My limited experience with Medicare says it is going to be a nightmare.  Private industry does it much better IMHO.
