Voter Fraud in America

It would be nice to say that this is a Democrat problem but as we are witnessing this year, voter fraud and intimidation are also turning up in Republican primaries that favor Romney for the most part.  Are some Republicans following the same pathway on voter fraud now?  States need to make sure that someone isn't registered in more than one state, e.g.  New York residents who live in Florida high rises part time are registered in both states and vote in both states.  It is well known the South Florida high rise residents vote twice as it comes out every federal election how many of them voted twice while some vote in three states.  Heard that Florida voting fraud was being cleaned up but obviously they didn't get to the high rises.

A national database of voters is the only way to ensure that someone isn't registered in more than one state and votes in more than one state.  Shame on senior citizens for being some of the bigger culprits in voting in two states.

Then we have the dead vote which reared its ugly head in NH and SC.  You can add missing ballot boxes in Iowa with the wrong candidate being declared the winner.  In Nevada people were turned away from the Nevada caucuses plus the lengthy time to count ballots smelled of fraud all the way to get Romney over 50%.  Then we had the Maine caucus where the GOP Chair declared Romney the winner when one county had not caucused and another county who caucused early had their votes not counted.  Why?  Would Ron Paul have won Maine?  We will probably never know and since Paul looks to have made a deal with Romney by his attacking Santorum in an ad today, he doesn't seem to be inclined to complain about Maine which is frankly strange.

Maybe some of those Third World countries where the US monitors election voting should be coming to the US to monitor our crooked voting as the Obama DOJ has no interest in cleaning up voter fraud or voter intimidation:

For its part, President Obama’s Justice Department exacerbates these problems. 

As former federal prosecutor J. Christian Adams explains in his superb book Injustice, Section 8 of the Motor Voter Act “requires voter rolls to be kept free of dead and ineligible voters.” As Justice attorneys were poised to investigate eight states rife with non-living and otherwise unqualified voters, top Obama appointees balked.  

During the Democrat primary in 2008, there were all kinds of reports of voter fraud in the caucuses along with voter intimidation to Hillary voters in the primary.  In major cities McCain supporters were intimidated in the general not to vote.  The most famous one in Philadelphia of voter intimidation was thrown out by the Obama DOJ even with video evidence.  Since Obama benefited from voter fraud, he has no reason to start a campaign to clean it up.  There were precincts in NYC where more people voted then were registered.   In some more people voted than adults living in those precincts.  Why cheat in NYC as New York state is not going to vote for a Republican for President.  Guess they used the fraud to ensure an Obama blowout in New York.

Not cleaning up the voter rolls should be treasonous as it goes against the laws of the United States.  If we cannot trust our elections, how we can we trust the people who were elected to Congress?  Are some of them in office because of voter fraud?

It is so morally wrong plus illegal.  People should go to prison for voter fraud and lose their right to ever vote or be around a campaign for life.  We saw it with the Cain campaign manager who committed voter intimidation, couldn't be around a campaign for three years, and yet became Cain's campaign manager?  Was there no vetting or was this type of person who Cain wanted to run his campaign?

The next Congress needs to take a hard look at voting in this Country and take whatever steps are necessary to ensure we have fair elections and voter fraud is a thing of the past.  This should be the last election where we don't know when we vote if our vote counts or if it is being diluted by voter fraud of the dead or people who vote in more than one place or made up names of voters that no one checks to see if they are legit.  When I registered to vote here, I had out my ID out to show and was told at the tag agency they are not allowed to ask for an ID.  What kind of system is that?  Motor voter needs to bite the dust.


In a close elections the fraud found by Pew could influence the outcome.  Where is the outrage from the RNC -- we gave up on the DNC years ago as they perpetuate the dead voting and other kinds of voter fraud if it gets their candidates elected.  The RNC according to the search I just ran has not commented.  Why is that?  Is it because the Chair comes from Wisconsin where voter fraud was part of the last election or is it because he is solidly in the Romney camp who has benefited from the voter fraud and intimidation in this primary?  Time will tell.  In the meantime we are facing another crooked election.

While Democrats dismiss vote fraud as a collective Republican hallucination, a study released Tuesday by the Pew Center for the States confirms the GOP’s concerns. The ghosts in America’s voting machines may be the least of our worries. 

Pew has discovered that 1.8 million dead Americans are registered to vote. Perhaps worse, 2.75 million Americans are enrolled in two states each, while 68,725 are signed up in three. Indeed, Pew found, “24 million — one of every eight — active voter registrations in the United States are no longer valid or are significantly inaccurate.” 

This is just what America needs in an election year.

The U.S. boasts atomic weapons and an election apparatus worthy of Laos. More charitably, Pew states that America’s electoral systems “are plagued with errors and inefficiencies that waste taxpayer dollars, undermine voter confidence, and fuel partisan disputes over the integrity of our elections. Voter registration in the United States largely reflects its 19th-century origins and has not kept pace with advancing technology and a mobile society. States’ systems must be brought into the 21st century to be more accurate, cost-effective, and efficient.” 

Americans are highly peripatetic, with civilians and GIs moving among their parents’ homes, college dorms, military bases, and large houses in boom times, and returning to modest dwellings when things go bust. Amid this tumult, some people vanish from the rolls while others wind up registered in multiple locations. While most are innocents in these situations, this confusion also invites and facilitates abuse. 

Exacerbating this mess, Pew finds, America’s “antiquated, paper-based system remains costly and inefficient.” Oregon and Wyoming spend about $4.00 to register and manage each active voter. Canada, in contrast, uses modern, private-sector name-matching techniques to process registrations. Cost: 35 cents each.

Obama Justice Dept. shut down FBI's ACORN investigation

COLUMBUS, Ohio, March 11 (UPI) -- The community organizing group ACORN has agreed to give up its license to do business in Ohio as part of a settlement of a lawsuit by a conservative group.

The Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now became a lightning rod during the 2008 presidential campaign, with conservatives charging the group's registration drives sucked up thousands of ineligible voters or others who were encouraged to register multiple times.

Maurice Thompson, the lawyer representing the 1851 Center for Constitutional Law, said Wednesday most details of the settlement are sealed, The Columbus Dispatch reported Thursday.

"They will surrender their business license by June 1 and cease to operate in Ohio and cease to support or enable other groups to do what they do," Thompson said.
Alphonse Gerhardstein, ACORN's lawyer, said the group is no longer operating in Ohio. He said the settlement includes no financial payments.

We are not sure anyone can get a true handle on the amount of ACORN voter fraud that has taken place across America. It is obvious that the states will have to handle this on their own with the Obama Administration's Department of Justice shutting down the FBI from investigation ACORN Voter Fraud. It is a travesty to not know if we have elected officials who are really elected or are they are in office by voter fraud.

When you have ACORN voter fraud in Oklahoma City in a State Senate race, it is obvious it is everywhere.

We believe what Judicial Watch is finding is only the tip of the iceberg. Every precinct in America needs the voter lists scrubbed for ineligible voters. Then motor voter registration needs to be rescinded. After that, everyone registering to vote needs to prove they are a citizen. At the polling places on election day, picture identification with a current address that matches the voter rolls should be mandatory across America.

Obama Justice Dept. shut down FBI's ACORN investigation

Judicial Watch has unearthed some explosive new ACORN documents that, according to a press release, show the Obama Justice Department quashed an FBI investigation of ACORN. It started when the Republican Registrars of Voters of Stamford and Bridgeport, Connecticut -- Lucy Corelli and Joseph Borges -- filed a complaint with the FBI during the 2008 election season:

According to Corelli, on August 1, 2008, her office received 1,200 ACORN voter registration cards from the Secretary of State’s office. Over 300 of these cards were rejected because of “duplicates, underage, illegible and invalid addresses,” which “put a tremendous strain on our office staff and caused endless work hours at taxpayers’ expense.” Corelli claimed the total cost of the extra work caused by ACORN corruption was $20,000. Likewise, Borges contended that: “The organization ACORN during the summer of 2008 conducted a registration drive which has produced over 100 rejections due to incomplete forms and individuals who are not citizens…” Among the examples cited by Borges was a seven-year old child who was registered to vote by ACORN through the use of a forged signature and a fake birth certificate claiming she was 27-years old.

The FBI and Department of Justice opened an investigation into the the charges. But according to documents Judical Watch obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request, the Obama Justice Department "while noting that ACORN had engaged in 'questionable hiring and training practices,' closed down the investigation in March 2009, claiming ACORN broke no laws." Of course, as Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton made a point of telling me on the phone, it is illegal to knowingly submit false voter registrations so the Justice Department's claim that ACORN didn't violate any laws is highly dubious.

But we're just getting warmed up. Judicial Watch has much more:

By contrast, the documents also include records related to a federal investigation of ACORN corruption in St. Louis, Missouri, involving 1,492 allegedly fraudulent voter registration cards submitted by Project Vote, a liberal non-profit organization affiliated with ACORN on voter registration drives, during the 2006 election season. Assistant United States Attorney Hal Goldsmith initiated the investigation with “concurrence” from the Department of Justice and the participation of the FBI. According to a Justice Department memo, Goldsmith “advised he would prosecute any individual responsible for submitting fraudulent voter registration cards.” Goldsmith identified the statute for prosecution: Title 42, USC 1973 (gg), which provides for criminal penalties for fraudulent voter registrations. In April 2008, eight former ACORN employees from the St. Louis office pled guilty to voter registration fraud.

The documents also encompass a fairly wide swath of information:

The ACORN documents uncovered by Judicial Watch include internal FBI memoranda, signed affidavits, subpoenas, fraudulent voter registration cards, and publications describing ACORN’s policies and practices. The documents also include details regarding numerous allegations of corruption extending beyond voter registration fraud, to include attempts by ACORN employees to coerce workers to participate in campaign activities on behalf of Democratic candidates.

Between all of these documents -- which Judical Watch is making public -- we have a shot at piecing together a comprehensive, systemic look at ACORN corruption. If it looks as bad as it appears and can be substantiated by documentation, the fact that ACORN has not been seriously investigated by the feds will be a damning indictment of the White House.

Election Day 2009

We, the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquillity, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America. Since the original document, three amendments have been ratified regarding voting:

15th Amendment: The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude. Ratified: 2/3/1870

19th Amendment: The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any on account of sex. Ratified: 8/18/1920

26th Amendment: The right of citizens of the United States, who are eighteen years of age or older, to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of age. Ratified: 7/1/1971

Today people go the polls in Virginia and New Jersey to elect Governors and in NY for a special Congressional race which has caught the headlines.

Election Day should be a special day for Americans as we reaffirm our Freedoms granted to us by the Constitution, but there are dark clouds hanging over American elections today and in recent history -- voter fraud. When did the Democrats turn to voter fraud to get their candidates elected and yes it is the Democrats. They have taken it to a new low with ACORN voter fraud now rampant in many parts of the Country especially in the cities.

Found an interesting article last night about how Democrats can reconcile themselves with voter fraud and other ACORN activities (http://hillbuzz.org/2009/11/02/how-can-you-reconcile-being-a-democrat-and-supporting-voter-fraud-and-other-acorn-activities/). It was amazing because it actually talked about how dead people had voted for Democrats for years but ACORN was different in 2008. What's different? Obama used voter fraud to steal the election from Hillary and all of a sudden it was wrong. Do object to one of the comments that the Diebold machines were programmed by Republicans -- that is as phoney as a $3 bill. Republicans don't manufacture ballots or recognize hanging chads to determine how someone 'might' have wanted to vote. We do agree with Hillbuzz that in 2008, the Obama campaign took voter fraud to a new low.

During Nixon/Kennedy in 1960, the Chicago Fraud machine sent in people to Cleveland, Ohio, to steal the election for Kennedy by stuffing ballot boxes and then finding some ballot boxes that were 'missed' and shockingly almost 100% for Kennedy. Along with their ballot fraud in Illinois, it gave the election to Kennedy instead of Nixon.

When our family was transferred to Texas, we happen to move into a very Republican County. One of the first things we heard when we registered to vote was when LBJ was running for Senate, his thugs were going around stealing the ballot boxes to make sure he won. His thugs came to our new Home County and were met by our County Sheriff and his sons holding shotguns to protect the ballot boxes. When we moved there in 1990, the county still had the same Sheriff. While in Texas, one election showed a man on TV where he had just voted after his relative from the Civil War. Voter fraud was rampant in parts of south and east Texas as the cemetaries voted.

Why has the Democrat Party turned to voter fraud over the years to get elected although today with ACORN voter fraud it is much more prevalent. They actually make up names of voters and then have people vote in their place when in the past pre-ACORN, it was the cemetary votes that counted. It is all disgusting and totally dishonest. We would like to know how many members sitting in Congress today that ACORN voter fraud elected them to pass Obamacare and other liberal items like Cap and Trade.

Oklahoma bucked the Democrat trend in 2006 and 2008, but yet we had ACORN voter fraud trying to steal two State Senate seats to keep Republicans from taking over the State Senate and thus controlling the State Election Board as well as the counties. It was so important to the Democrats to try to fraud two State Senate seats using ACORN. One the Republican won by a little over 70 votes and the rest is history. Republicans control the Senate and the Election Board for the first time in the history of the State. Obama only received 35% of the vote in Oklahoma in the last election and didn't win one County. Guess ACORN and the dead voters didn't do well here. Yet, there was an ACORN document on How Oklahoma could be Turned Back Blue? Not going to happen as more and more conservative Democrats here become Republican.

In 2000 and again in 2004 we had precincts in large cities where more then 100% voted and no one seemed to care that much as it was expected. Well maybe Democrats expect voter fraud to win their elections, but this Conservative Republican along with a lot of others are fed up with elections being stolen. The 2000 election was the perfect example as the Democrats accused Pres Bush of stealing Florida via the Courts when the actual voter fraud was committed by Democrats in South Florida as they manufactured ballots. No matter what the Governor of Florida says today there was voter fraud on a huge scale in 2008 in Florida. Something about Mickey voting tends to make you believe that there was a lot as they had to have Florida for Obama and flip some GOP Congressional seats to Dems.

When you have voters who vote absentee in more then one state like in 2000 and 2004 with a lot of New Yorkers voting in NY/NJ and also Florida. But this time the Democrats took it to a new low as it was three states including Florida they voted absentee. You have real problems and election laws need to be tightened before the 2010 or at least by 2012 elections.

One of the worst travesties by the Democrats is not allowing military ballots to count by using any means necessary to toss them out or not getting the ballots to them on time so they can be returned as we have just seen happen in Virginia this year. Why? Is it because the vast majority of our military are Republican and Independent voters?

What the head of the elections in Hillsborough County, Tampa, FL, did in 2000 should have landed her in jail. When the ballots came in from overseas the Miami post office stamped the outer envelopes (should have not have been done) and that caused the Hillsborough County woman in charge to toss the ballots of our military without even looking at the date of the absentee ballot inside the inner envelope. According to federal law the military ballots have to be accepted 10 days after the election but not by her, she tossed them. Will never forget spending that night tracking down military to tell them their ballots were tossed. One of the most disgusting events I have seen in politics.

Motor Voter registration where you have to provide no ID needs tossed out the door like yesterday. To register, you need to provide proof of citizenship like some of us had to the first time we registered. It is a privilege and no one should object to providing their citizenship status. To vote every voter needs to provide a picture ID not some utility bill that 50 people can live there like in Chicago. If they cannot afford a picture ID, the state licensing agents should provide one free of charge. That would put a stop to vans of voters going from one precinct to the next in large cities to cast their votes under a variety of names.

When the Republicans take back over the House, one thing has to be a priority and that is cleaning up the voter fraud. People risked their lives in Iraq to get a purple finger showing they voted while our elections rival a 3rd World Country with all the voter fraud.

If you are a Democrat, ask yourself why you need so much voter fraud to win elections and is it worth it to cheat? If you are an Independent or Republican ask yourself why are you not shouting from the rooftops to end voter fraud?

Today is election day and already in NJ people are concerned ACORN is going to steal the election for Corzine but this time they are up against two fraud prosecutors and a raft of attorneys spread around the State to challenge voters. Do we want to keep having elections where we are not sure the outcome is legitimate? It is time for every Freedom Loving American to demand their Congressman and Senators do something about voter fraud. At the State level demand that picture ID be required to vote and anyone running for office has to provide a certified copy of the birth certificate or naturalization to prove they are eligible to run for office.

Time to take back America from the dishonest Democrats who supported ACORN in stealing elections for their candidates. The next time someone from the Chicago machine runs for office tell them NO as Obama gave ACORN over $1M in the last election to help with his election. They helped all right with increased voter fraud registrations as they were paid for each registration so they just submitted names and addresses that were phoney like a NFL football team or the Disney characters.

ACORN now faces charges around the Country for voter fraud, but we have to wonder if Attorney General Holder will throw out convinctions like he did for the New Black Panther thugs who intimidated voters in Philly.

If Republicans only stand for one issue we need to make sure it is for Fair and Honest Elections and with that we won't have far left liberals/socialist running the Congress as the Country in poll after poll is center right. No longer would Democrats be elected by voter fraud which is a travesty and should put people in jail.

What Soros Wanted, Obama Delivers

The chilling fact of Soros being the puppetmaster of Obama is his ability to use his vast monetary resources for evil not good. When researching Soros, you discover time and time again his penchant for destroying economies and currency like some mad scientist. Now the United States is his target. Soros and his foundations will do whatever possible to take down the United States in our opinion.

How much of Obama's campaign was financed with Soros money? There was no tracking as they turned off the security feature on credit cards. We know money poured in from non-US citizens overseas but nothing was done to stop the flow. FEC is a bad joke with their slaps on the hand but no real investigation of Obama.

When Obama was the ONLY candidate that Soros met personally with in 2004, the red flags should have gone off. Soros couldn't buy enough votes to get Kerry elected but they figured out a way to take an inexperienced, voting 'present,' candidate and use his rhetoric of 'hope' and 'change' to get him elected as the first black President. If you didn't vote for him, you were racist. Why did Soros dump Hillary Clinton who seems to be doing his bidding now as Secretary of State? Soros has been able to get his agenda moved forward by Obama since before Obama became President.

Obama is nothing but a figurehead for the radical 'socialist' agenda of progressives/radicals like the Hungarian Soros, Bill Ayers, Bernadette Dohrn, Rev Wright, Louis Farrakhan, Valerie Jarrett, Axelrod, Emmanuel, former Czar Jones to name a few. He is their puppet but the main puppetmaster is George Soros who wants to take away Freedoms and make us distribute our wealth around the world.

How can Soros continue to manipulate the dollar and markets with no one in the Government doing an investigation. It is not like he doesn't have a track record of tanking economies and currency in Europe. Nevermind, they did nothing when the Clinton Administration manipulated the stock market to keep it from correcting by using Government resources.

Every day we sit here in amazement at the fact that the Democrats not only were for sale to get the Presidency but they are selling out our Country in the process. How many Democrats elected in 2006 and 2008 are in Congress because of ACORN voter fraud that was rampant across America? What does Rahm Emmanuel know about the ACORN voter fraud? We suspect plenty. How much money did Soros and his shady groups donate to help make ACORN Voter Fraud a reality in 2006 and 2008 and probably before then is our guess. Democrat Party Leadership and Progressives we believe are bought and paid for by George Soros and his ilk. When Soros says jump, they all say "How High?"

What Soros Wanted, Obama Delivers

In January 2004, George Soros proclaimed to the world, "I have made rejection of the Bush doctrine the central project of my life." To which he added, "America, under Bush, is a danger to the world. And I'm willing to put my money where my mouth is." Soros then waged a nearly one-wallet war against Bush, put more than $25 million of his own cash into Kerry's election bid and came out of the whole gambit with a tattered I-Voted-for-the-other-guy t-shirt.

In 2006, Soros declared in a depressive-mood pity party at the Council on Foreign Relations: "In the future, I'd very much like to get disengaged from politics. I'm interested in policy and not in politics."

If only he had stayed depressed and kept to his better intention.
But no such luck would come America's way.

Soros supported Barack Obama's candidacy, telling Judy Woodruff in May 2008, "...Obama has the charisma and the vision to radically reorient America in the world." When Woodruff queried Soros on whether it might be a concern that Obama lacked experience to lead in this dangerous time we live in, Soros responded, "...this emphasis on experience is way overdone..."

Experience was actually far underrated in that contest, but we'll have to save that subject for another day.

Now, it would seem that all Soros wanted, Barack Obama is delivering.

On "reorienting America in the world," President Obama started doing that before he even won election with his people-of-the-world speech in Berlin:

The walls between old allies on either side of the Atlantic cannot stand. The walls between the countries with the most and those with the least cannot stand. The walls between races and tribes; natives and immigrants; Christian and Muslim and Jew cannot stand. These now are the walls we must tear down.

These words were surely music to Soros' ears as he has been a lifelong Esperantist in the footsteps of his father. Soros is one of the world's few native Esperanto speakers and was wont to quell his youthful depression in London's famous speaker's corner, proclaiming the virtues of creating the Esperantist version of the tower of Babel in the modern world. No American president thus far has professed more affinity for this absurd goal than Barack Obama. And he even has the preemptively awarded Nobel Peace Prize to prove it. Whether George Soros had anything to do with the award, we might never know, but it seems mighty darned fishy and definitely in keeping with both Soros' international influence and his aim of "reorienting America in the world."

And, lo and behold, that's precisely what President Obama has set out to do since day one. Obama, too, sees global poverty as the root cause of all evil in the world, including crime, war and terrorism. His single piece of signature legislation in the Senate was a bill that would authorize an additional $845 billion from American tax payers to eradicate global poverty, and legislate a demand on future presidents to bring America in line with UN mandates on percentage of national GDP given to fight global poverty.

In addition, Obama agreed at the G20 summit in April to give more money to the International Monetary Fund (of which Soros is a huge fan), and then slipped billions of cash and a $100 billion line of credit for the IMF into the emergency war-funding bill passed this spring.

It has taken Soros much longer than he perhaps anticipated to bring down the U.S. dollar. By 2003, Soros was already predicting the downfall of the dollar. In a CNBC interview, amid a slump in the dollar's value against the euro, Soros added fuel to that fire by stating that he was already selling dollars. His statement, in turn, caused a further decline in the international worth of the dollar.

But this much is certain. Soros has long thought America far too powerful, and has seen the dollar's supremacy as every bit as dangerous to his internationalist schemes as our military strength. So far, President Barack Obama has done nothing whatsoever which would seem at odds with those scheming Soros doctrines.
If all of this does not hint at a shadow presidency with a powerful oligarch pulling the strings on a neophyte president, I honestly don't know what would.
Now, if someone could only burst Soros' self-inflated bubble before he has a chance to burst ours, we just might pull out of this unfolding nightmare.
