"A wise and frugal government which shall restrain men
from injuring one another, which shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned. This is the sum of good government."

New Black Panther Party President Admits to Philadelphia Voter Intimidation - Holder’s Justice Department Still Silent

We were told all through the 2008 Presidential Election Cycle that electing a black man for President would make race relations much better. A liberal black Democrat, Obama, was elected and after his appointments like Eric Holder to be Attorney General at the Department of Justice (DOJ), race relations are now a low ebb for the last 40 years. Their followers including the SEIU demonstrated they will beat up a black conservative as witnessed in St. Louis last year. Note: The video of the beating has been removed from YouTube.

When Obama/Holder dismissed the voter intimidation charges against the New Black Panthers in Philadelphia who were caught on tape with their voter intimidation not only against whites but against blacks as well, we knew it was going to be a long four years.

There were videos during the Democrat Primary showing blacks using voter intimidation against anyone who was supporting Hillary to keep them from voting. Blacks at the polling places would ask who they were voting for and if they said Hillary, they were turned away. We will have more on this in a separate post from information we discovered on a site that details the intimidation.

When the DOJ tells their lawyers not to file any charges against voter intimidation of blacks against whites, what is going to happen in the large cities in this 2010election? The New Black Panthers used a night stick as intimidation when weapons had not been used in the past to keep voters away from the polls according to a Democrat Civil Rights lawyer.

There is NEVER a time that voter intimidation of any kind should be allowed in America -- justice should be blind but obviously it is not in Obama/Holder's Department of Justice.

With this new video coming to light along with DOJ Attorney's testimony on this case about how it was dropped, how is Holder going to explain his actions now? Are blacks now going to be allowed to intimidate whites at polling places across America to keep them from voting with no consequences?

The Justice Department has seen fit to drop voter intimidation charges against Malik Shabazz’ New Black Panther Party’s involvement in the now infamous events at a polling place in Philadelphia on November 4, 2008. In light of the recent testimony by former DOJ attorney J. Christian Adams before the U.S. Civil Rights Commission, the story is gaining further attention and scrutiny.

Now, Breitbart.tv is featuring a newly discovered video showing Shabazz boasting about his organizations intentions that day in Philadelphia.
