Per CNN: Mubarack has Resigned

The President has announced he is stepping down per a message from the Presidential Palace and the military is taking over according to what was released just now.  Crowds on CNN are celebrating and chanting "Free Egypt" -- the regime of Mubarack in Egypt is no more!
