"A wise and frugal government which shall restrain men
from injuring one another, which shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned. This is the sum of good government."

Inauguration of Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin

Right now watching the inaugural of Governor Fallin as I am hibernating with the cold and snow. What a great day for Oklahoma!

She comes to the Governor's Office with the most experience we have seen in Oklahoma. We believe will make a very good Governor as she has the ability to bring people together. She chose the best people for the position not by political party as she has kept on a number of people that were doing a very good job. A new day is dawning in Oklahoma as our first female governor takes the oath of office.

In many states across across America common sense is returning to many Offices of the Governor and the State Legislature. Returning 'Common Sense' to Government has been a theme of Mary Fallin from Day One.

We have experienced a tragedy this past weekend, but our Country continues on and has happened in the past will come together once again. While listening to America Beautiful we are once again reminded of what a wonderful Country we live.

Watching Governor Fallin greet our outgoing Governor Henry and his wife, we are reminded once again how Oklahomans come together. We believe that is happening in Arizona right now. American people are resilant and when tragedy strikes whatever it is we have the ability to come together.

Governor Fallin just said in her speech that "We the People" are the most important words of the Contitution. What a gracious, understanding Governor we have just inaugurated as she gave credit to former Governor Henry.

We have never witnessed an outgoing Governor be so open and gracious to the incoming Governor to make the transition flawless. Says a lot about leadership of both parties here in Oklahoma. We fight like cats and dogs during the election but after the election, we are all Oklahomans.

Will post her speech once it is available so everyone can see what we in Oklahoma saw when we supported her for Governor.

God Bless our new Governors, State Office Holders, and State Legislatures across the Country as they take office and guide them to remember they are the public servants of the people.

God Bless America!
