"A wise and frugal government which shall restrain men
from injuring one another, which shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned. This is the sum of good government."

Video: Dingell says town-hall protests remind him of the Klan

Ed Morrissey

Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, and Steny Hoyer have called the constituents speaking out against ObamaCare at town halls “un-American,” and that didn’t slow them down. Will calling them “racists” do it? MS-NBC’s Ed Schultz tosses a softball to Rep. John Dingell (D-MI), last seen being flummoxed by his own constituents last week. At the time, Dingell dismissed his critics as “infiltrators.” Today, they’re the equivalent of the Ku Klux Klan (via The Weekly Standard):

NOTE: What are they going to call Republicans, Independents, and Democrats that oppose Obamacare next? The Constitution guarantees us Freedom of Speech but now the Democrat leadership wants to stiffle any dissent against Healthcare which affects all of us. What is wrong with this picture?

The American media has neglected to do their job -- there is Freedom of the Press for one reason and that is to give an unbiased report on the news. This national media abdicated that Freedom the day they threw in with the Democrats and started carrying their water. Did they do a background check on Obama like they did on the VP candidate Palin? Not even close. In their rush to get a first black President, they threw out every ethic they had been taught and instead of investigating became a cheerleader for Obama and the Democrats.

To this day, we still know nothing of the background except snippets of just who this President really is as no records of any kind have been released. Don't Americans find it odd they know more about the VP candidate then they have learned about Obama even to this day? WHY?
