Obama on Slaughter strategy: “I don’t spend a lot of time worrying about what the … rules are”

Obama could care less if the Democrats follow the Constitution or not. What kind of President did some of the American people elect. If this is an example of Hope and Change, then Americans have gotten shortchanged!
