Just prior to signing the Dem health care bill, President Obama claimed that there would be no cuts in “guaranteed benefits” for seniors - despite massive cuts to the overall Medicare program.

The Truth About President Obama's Medicare Claim During Health Care Bill Signing (He Lied)
If Obama told the truth, it would be the most shocking. He also signed the bill today after saying all legislation would be on-line after it was passed for five days before he signed. He signed it three days early but that is what we have come to expect from the Socialist in the White House.
