"A wise and frugal government which shall restrain men
from injuring one another, which shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned. This is the sum of good government."

Scott Brown Famous GMC Pick Up Truck!

Last night during his acceptance speech, we had to laugh to hear him tell how he told Obama he was going to bring his truck to DC so he could see the truck. His truck with over 200,000 miles and still working perfectly was driven by Senator-Elect Scott Brown all around Massachusetts. This truck is symbolic of the difference between an elected Republican State Senator Brown who understands what everyday Americans face and President Obama who spouts rhetoric of Hope and Change, but in reality is out of touch with the people who work day in and day out to provide for their families and make this Country great.

From Gateway Pundit: Forget the ads. Everybody can run slick ads. Forget the truck. [Laughter] Everybody can buy a truck.

Brown took that opportunity to slam the president on government spending..
“Mr. President, unfortunately in this economy, not everybody can buy a truck,” Brown said in a statement. “My goal is to change that by cutting spending, lowering taxes and letting people keep more of their own money.”

Brown drives a GMC Canyon, made by General Motors — the very company Barack Obama bought on behalf of taxpayers in his bailout. Shouldn’t we expect some salesmanship from the guy who sunk our money into a losing enterprise like GM and transformed it into Government Motors?
