Inhofe Comments on Obama Copenhagen Announcement
Nov 25, 2009
Washington, D.C.-Sen. James M. Inhofe (R-Okla.), Ranking Member of the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, today commented on the news that President Obama will travel to Copenhagen, Denmark for the United Nations Climate Conference.
"I suspect President Obama is making the trip to Copenhagen in order to ‘save' the climate conference," Sen. Inhofe said. "Yet no amount of lofty rhetoric or promises of future commitments can save it. This is due in large part to the fact cap-and-trade legislation in the Senate is dying on the vine, and, as important, recent revelations of leading climate scientists who appear to have manufactured the climate ‘consensus'-revelations that cast doubt over the entire global warming enterprise.
"Moreover, it's clear that China, India, and the developing world, which will soon be responsible for the vast bulk of greenhouse gas emissions, will not accept mandatory cuts in emissions-despite entreaties from President Obama. The U.S. Senate has made clear on numerous occasions that unilateral action by the United States is unacceptable, because it will harm our economy and have virtually no effect on climate change."

Inhofe Begins Hadley Center Climategate Investigation
We prefer to encourage Senator Inhofe in his investigation as to why this fraud of Global Warming was allowed to continue for so long. May we be so bold to ask how much money some of these scientists made off of their flawed use of data to get the results pointing to Global Warming.

Inhofe Begins Hadley Center "Climategate" Investigation
Warns Participants to Retain Documents
Link to Press Release
Washington, D.C.-Sen. James M. Inhofe (R-Okla.), Ranking Member of the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, today sent letters to several scientists, some of whom allegedly manipulated data to prove the scientific "consensus" of global warming, as well as to the inspectors general of several federal agencies, notifying them to retain documents related to the release of emails from the Hadley Center's Climate Research Unit.
"The stakes in this controversy are significant, as it appears that the basis of federal programs, pending EPA rulemakings, and cap-and-trade legislation was contrived and fabricated," Sen. Inhofe said. "Moreover, it appears that, in an attempt to conceal the manipulation of climate data, information disclosure laws may have been violated.
"I certainly don't condone the manner in which these emails were released; however, now that they are in the public domain, lawmakers have an obligation to determine the extent to which the so-called ‘consensus' of global warming, formed with billions of taxpayer dollars, was contrived in the biased minds of the world's leading climate scientists."
The letters are the first step in the investigation of the Hadley Center climate scandal. Last week, emails released by a computer hacker revealed that several leading climate scientists allegedly manipulated climate data and research used by the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). These scientists also appear to have refused outside access to their raw data, obstructed freedom of information requests, and plotted ways to prevent the publication of papers in peer-reviewed journals by scientists who question global warming alarmism.

IG-Gate: 'Hush Money' Charge in Sacramento Mayor's Sex Scandal Was Part of Probe
Now it is clear there was only one reason -- Obama needed to protect one of his loyal supporters. Politics before ethics!
IG-Gate: 'Hush Money' Charge in Sacramento Mayor's Sex Scandal Was Part of Probe (Walprin firing)
American Spectator

Robert Stacy McCain
Sexual abuse accusations by St. HOPE Academy students against Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson were apparently covered up, possibly with "hush money," according to a 61-page report issued by congressional investigators.
Failure of school officials to report sexual abuse of minors violates California state law, investigative staff of Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) noted in their report on the June firing of AmeriCorps Inspector General Gerald Walpin.
The allegations investigated by Walpin's office were "very serious," Grassley said in a statement, saying that evidence indicates a political motive for the IG's firing. "It seems a lot of people might have been interested in protecting the AmeriCorps program and the Mayor of Sacramento from an IG who was discovering some unpleasant facts."
Byron York of the Washington Examiner reported today reported today that Obama administration officials tried to mislead the public about the reasons for the firing of Walpin. The Grassley-Issa report details how Walpin's IG staffers investigated charges that Johnson's lawyer and officials of the federally-funded St. HOPE program suppressed sexual-misconduct charges against the former NBA star who was elected mayor of California's capital city last year.
Walpin pressed for criminal prosecution of Johnson, an Obama supporter. Instead, a deal that allowed the mayor to avoid prosecution and repay federal grant money was approved by Alan Solomont, a major Democratic fundraiser who is chairman of the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS), the federal agency that oversees the AmeriCorps volunteer program.

Whose side are they on?
We thought his apology tour and bowing was bad but none hold a candle to what is going on right in our own Country. Islamic Army Major Husan, who by all accounts was unfit to be in the US Army because of his extremist political views favoring Islamist Jihadist, is now being tried for murder not terrorism according to reports. If there ever was an act of terrorism this was it but Obama refuses to acknowledge. Why?
Then we have the mastermind of 9/11 and his co-horts coming to NYC to be tried in Federal Court instead of a military tribunal. Today Germany balked at providing any evidence to the trial of KSM if the death penalty is on the table. Can the case be made without German evidence admitted? Time will tell but we think this is too big of risk to endanger the conviction of KSM and cohorts by moving it to Federal Court. Makes no sense unless you want the terrorist to escape the death penalty or even be set free.
Whose side are they on?
Center for Security Policy Nov 23, 2009
By Frank Gaffney, Jr.
An unsettling question has begun to nag as Team Obama's conduct of security policy becomes ever more inconsistent with common sense - and, at least in some cases, manifestly at odds with our national interests: Whose side are they on?
Consider the following illustrative examples of such troubling behavior:
The Obama administration has done everything possible to obscure the true nature of the jihadist attack perpetrated at Fort Hood, Texas earlier this month. Unfortunately, it may not be merely complicating the prosecution of the alleged perpetrator, Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan. For instance, terrorism expert Steve Emerson has warned that, by charging Hasan only with murder rather than terrorist acts, the Justice Department is denying investigators tools available to law enforcement under the counter-terrorism Patriot Act.
Worse yet, by denying the role played in this attack by Hasan's adherence to the seditious, jihadist program authoritative Islam calls "Shariah," the administration can only compound the problem that has been illuminated by the investigation to date: The collective refusal of the Army, the intelligence services, the FBI and the U.S. government more generally to act against an individual with such proclivities.
This refusal goes beyond "political correctness." It reflects more than an understandable reluctance to risk the retribution to careers and livelihoods associated with being labeled "racists," "bigots" and "Islamophobes." It amounts, as a practical matter, to submission to the dictates of Shariah. And Americans are understandably horrified by the extent to which this practice has been -and is - affecting the capacities of those responsible for keeping us safe.
Then, there is the decision by Attorney General Eric Holder, putatively taken without input from President Obama, to subject New York City to a trial in civilian court of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (KSM) and four other Gitmo detainees believed to be responsible for the 9/11 attacks. Holder's truly pathetic - to say nothing of unpersuasive - appearance before Senate Judiciary Committee last week made clear that this trial has no real upsides for the United States, and plenty of downsides.
The latter include: the prospect of new terrorist attacks in Manhattan (Sen. Chuck Schumer says he wants the feds to provide an additional $75 million to protect the city); the certainty that the defendants will use the "platform" they would be afforded as a vehicle for waging political warfare against this country; and the distinct possibility that the constitutional rights they will undeservedly obtain in such a trial will prompt a federal judge to let them off the hook, or at least seriously compromise sensitive intelligence sources, methods and data.
The President is signaling by his indecision (and by the leaks coming out of his administration regarding his interminable deliberations) that he is now more interested in figuring out how to get out of Afghanistan than how to win the struggle there. Our enemies have understood the sea-change that has occurred in this erstwhile "necessary war" and are redoubling their efforts to defeat us. Meanwhile, ordinary Afghans are, quite sensibly, anticipating a Taliban victory and hoping to obtain a tolerable separate peace.
At the same time, al Qaeda is striving to reassert itself in Iraq, exploiting the vacuums of power created by the precipitous withdrawal of American forces from cities and the reopening of smuggling routes from Syria. President Obama's studied indifference towards the situation there and his determination, come what may, to pull all U.S. forces out is setting the stage for a portentous American rout.

Both Senators should have a field day with the Reid Healthcare disaster as they read their way through the bill. Unlike many members of Congress, my two Senators want to know what a bill says not what someone tells them.
Today we will take the win of Senator Inhofe in the Global Warming fraud and celebrate. Thanks to Senator for NEVER quitting even when ridiculed day after day!

Senator Inhofe: This is a huge issue and of course we have the Gitmo issue and we have the, of course, cap-and-trade is now taking a new turn. Jed, if I could…
Jed Babbin: Yeah.
Senator Inhofe: Would you let me make one sentence?
Jed Babbin: Please.
Senator Inhofe: This is out of a speech that I made, Melanie, back on the floor of the Senate, and it was repeated, John Gizzi picked it up and put it in Human Events. This was 4 years ago, in talking about the science, cooking the science. I said I would discuss the “systematic and documented abuse of the scientific process by which an international body that claims it provides the most complete and objective science assessment in the world on the subject of climate change, the United Nations IPCC.” Now that was four years ago; so we knew they were cooking the science back then, and you’ve been talking about the, you know, what’s happened recently with the bloggers coming up with what they did, what they…
Jed Babbin: Let me interrupt you there Senator, because I think that’s a really important point. Ladies and gentlemen, if you haven’t followed that story, what Senator Inhofe’s talking about, in Britain, a blogger got into some of the official government records about climate change and how the measurements were being taken to show…
Melanie Morgan: And the politics behind it.
Jed Babbin: And the – well but they were basically saying, “Oh yea, hey, let’s make it look like Jim so-and-so did that, and let’s help him cook the books, and let’s change the data…”
Melanie Morgan: And “let’s beat up those who don’t agree with us.”
Jed Babbin: Yea, but it’s all a huge fraud! I mean, Senator, am I exaggerating?
Senator Inhofe: No you’re not. If you remember, mine was the hoax statement, and that was, what, five years ago I guess.
Jed Babbin: Well, we ought to give you a big pat on the back for being …
Melanie Morgan: Yea, you deserve an an ‘atta boy, and now you are finally being vindicated.
Senator Inhofe: Well, on this thing, it is pretty serious. And since, you know, Barabara Boxer is the Chairman and I’m the Ranking Member on Environment and Public Works, if nothing happens in the next seven days when we go back into session a week from today that would change this situation, I will call for an investigation. ‘Cause this thing is serious, you think about the literally millions of dollars that have been thrown away on some of this stuff that they came out with.
Melanie Morgan: So what will you be calling for an investigation of?
Senator Inhofe: On the IPCC and on the United Nations on the way that they cooked the science to make this thing look as if the science was settled, when all the time of course we knew it was not.
Jed Babbin: Should somebody stop further spending on this until we get this investigation, Senator?
Senator Inhofe: Well, I don’t know how you do that, though, ‘cause we’re not the ones that are calling the shots. The interesting part of this is it’s happening right before Copenhagen. And, so, the timing couldn’t be better. Whoever is on the ball in Great Britain, their time was good.
Melanie Morgan: Well, Senator, thank you very much for coming back and handling a little bit, a tiny little bit of heat from the kitchen.
Senator Inhofe: Okay.
Jed Babbin: Thanks very much Senator.
Senator Inhofe: Thanks, you bet.
Jed Babbin: Senator Jim Inhofe of Oklahoma on the Environment Committee over there, and one of the real fighters.
Melanie Morgan: He certainly is…
Washington Post -- Public option at center of debate
Shocking what you find out about the bill when people have time to read it -- no wonder Reid wanted a hurried up vote on the bill to bring it to the floor for debate. If it had gone through Committee, a lot of these things would have been discovered like the part of the bill that pertains to gun owners.
For the healthcare bill to contain anything about gun owners is beyond our comprehension. What, they cannot get a bill passed on controlling guns so they put it in the healthcare bill? There are millions of responsible gun owners in this Country so why should they have to pay higher insurance. The gun problem in this Country usually stems from illegal gun owners.
We note that the outing of this gun provision in the bill comes from the group Gun Owners of America not the NRA.
Washington Post -- Public option at center of debate
Nov 23, 2009
It’s the same problem that smart writers, like Examiner colleague Susan Ferrechio have been telling us about since early spring: a health plan with a new government health insurance entitlement cannot pass the Senate.
What the Obama administration has opted to do is push off that truth as long as possible in hopes that opposition to federal insurance could be worn down and then eventually washed away by the tide of public support.
Must have looked good on paper.
As I argue in my column today, the president and Democratic leaders find themselves running against the predominant public attitude. People are desperate for better choices on health care, but the majority party is offering them an outdated, partisan, expensive solution.
Writer Shalaigh Murray looks at the struggle for another 60 votes in the Senate without letting the amendment process become a do-over on rewriting the bill.
Complicating things is the fact that Reid and other lawmakers peppered the bill with potentially divisive subjects like abortion and, strangely, gun ownership.
“The conservative group Gun Owners of America sent out an action alert to its 300,000 members on Friday warning that the Senate legislation would mandate that doctors provide "gun-related health data" to "a government database," including information on mental-health issues detected in patients, which could jeopardize their ability to obtain a firearms license.
In addition, the group said the legislation's ‘wellness’ provisions -- designed to encourage more healthful lifestyles -- would allow federal officials to mandate that companies charge higher insurance premiums for employees who own guns.”
IPCC Researchers Admit Global Warming Fraud
What are the Hollywood crowd and Al Gore going to do now that the facts have come out that the scientists involved in pushing Global Warming are admitting it was a fraud. When the scientists didn't get the result they wanted, they would substitute data until they had the right result pointing to Global Warming.
The world was scammed starting with Al Gore and then some of the Hollywood stars that jumped on board the Gore Global Warming Train. Are these same people still going to show up in Copenhagen pushing Gloobal Warming? The jury is out on that one!
IPCC Researchers Admit Global Warming Fraud

REBECCA TERRELL AND ED HISERODT
Global warming alarmists are scrambling to save face after hackers stole hundreds of incriminating e-mails from a British university and published them on the Internet.
The messages were pirated from the Climatic Research Unit (CRU) of the University of East Anglia (UEA) and reveal correspondence between British and American researchers engaged in fraudulent reporting of data to favor their own climate change agenda.
UEA officials confirmed one of their servers was hacked, and several of the scientists involved admitted the authenticity of the messages, according to the New York Times. The article opined, "The evidence pointing to a growing human contribution to global warming is so widely accepted that the hacked material is unlikely to erode the overall argument."
Climatologist Patrick J. Michaels challenged that position. "This is not a smoking gun, this is a mushroom cloud." The e-mails implicate scores of researchers, most of whom are associated with the UN's Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), an organization many skeptics believe was created exclusively to provide evidence of anthropogenic global warming (AGW).

'Too High of Price' (Chicago Education and NEA)
While looking for a new and different subject to highlight on this Sunday morning we ran across an editorial on education that struck at the heart of the problem in school systems like Chicago.
The Chicago Tribune editorial this morning,"Too High of Price," gives the details of what is wrong with Chicago Public Schools and frankly we would like to say across America where schools are run by state and local teacher's unions. Local teacher's unions support the National Education Association (NEA) which is nothing more then a National Union for Teachers. In many cases, NEA members put their own benefits ahead of students which leaves the classrooms without the necessary resources they need -- like new books with enough for every student to have their own book to use not share a book. We believe that teacher's should not be allowed to strike to get more benefits for themselves. When they strike they are hurting the students while getting a vacation.
Thanks to state Sen. James Meeks, the Chicago Democrat, a pastor of Salem Baptist Church on the South Side, who provided the Chicago Tribune this You Tube Video and The Chicago Tribune for making it public. The video is from the National Education Association (NEA) aka Teacher's Union Convention in San Diego in July. We found it extremely interesting and uplifting that Sen Meeks is not going to be intimidated by the Chicago Teacher's Union. From the Tribune Editorial:
Meeks, who chairs the Illinois Senate Education Committee, has been in a war with the Chicago Teachers Union since he had some tough things to say about public education in a Tribune essay and in a speech at Rainbow Push. This video provided by Sen Meeks will make you cringe when you realize people like this are involved in your children's education. It is an 'eye opener video' showing the top lawyer of the NEA, Bob Chanin, giving his last speech as their lawyer at the July NEA national meeting.
The CTU responded with a vow not to give him another dime in campaign money until he apologized. Meeks promptly wrote a check for $4,000, giving back every dime the union had already given him.
No apology.
You have to love this guy. He's genuinely looking out for kids and doesn't back down to pressure.
We are appalled after watching this video and believe the Chicago Tribune editorial writer sums up the video perfectly in his editorial:
Chanin closed his nearly 25-minute speech by explaining the influence of the NEA:NOTE: NEA refused to return phone calls of the Chicago Tribune which comes under fire everytime they write an article critical of the Chicago Teacher's Union. Seems to us they could write an editorial every day and be doing a public service. All the Tribune wanted to know was "if the rest of the union leadership believed that kids ranked behind collective bargaining on the teacher priority list." Crickets are still chirping from the NEA.
Despite what some among us would like to believe it is not because of our creative ideas. It is not because of the merit of our positions. It is not because we care about children and it is not because we have a vision of a great public school for every child. NEA and its affiliates are effective advocates because we have power.
And we have power because there are more than 3.2 million people who are willing to pay us hundreds of millions of dollars in dues each year, because they believe that we are the unions that can most effectively represent them, the unions that can protect their rights and advance their interests as education employees.
Oh, it gets more interesting.
This is not to say that the concern of NEA and its affiliates with closing achievement gaps, reducing dropout rates, improving teacher quality and the like are unimportant or inappropriate. To the contrary. These are the goals that guide the work we do. But they need not and must not be achieved at the expense of due process, employee rights and collective bargaining. That simply is too high a price to pay.
Too high a price to pay for educated children. Chanin got wild applause from thousands of NEA members at the San Diego Convention Centerfor his remarks.
We found this information from the Chicago Tribune editorial to be the most refreshing we have seen on Chicago Education in years if not ever:
Meeks plans to introduce a bill in January that would give the kids at Chicago's lowest-performing schools a choice. It would give kids at 15 high schools and 48 elementary schools a voucher to pay for another school.Illinois and Chicago need more people like Senator Meeks who is willing to stand up for Chicago schoolchildren. Education should be bi-partisan and politics taken out of the public schools not only in the Chicago Public Schools but in all school districts in America once and for all and concentrate on the educating of children.
He plans to push to remove the cap on the number of charter schools in Illinois. The legislature raised the cap this year. But there should be no cap at all.
Meeks met on Thursday with Sen. Dan Cronin, the Republican leader on the Education Committee, to see if they can work out a bipartisan agenda.
All of these years and the huge amounts of money given to the Chicago Public Schools has seen very little change in the classrooms and their ability to educate Chicago schoolchildren because of graft by politicians and their friends, and a union who puts themselves above the students. They control Chicago Public Schools and don't seem to mind the children are not getting a decent education. Any teacher that speaks out on failing schools and lack of Administration support is the subject of intimidation by the union. Recently, it was discovered that about 1,000 Chicago public school teachers call in sick "DAILY" which is disgusting, but then some teacher's make $90,000 in Chicago which is even more digusting when you factor in the test results from their students. The result is a huge public school system which is a dismal failure. We just learned from a friend of this site, that there is also a substitute teacher's union in Chicago who need to make money. Add 2+2 and you chances are the reason for so many teachers calling in sick is that substitutes need paid as well.
The recent 'suicide' of the President of the Chicago School Board Michael Scott which is still under investigation brings into question about the ethics of people running the schools in Chicago. We find that Mr. Scott was heavily involved in the Chicago Olympic bid with Valerie Jarrett where large pieces of property in the southside would have been bought up for huge sums for the venues. We did discover that when he was pulled from the river, the fire department hosed down the whole area before the crime scene investigators had a chance to investigate. Not saying he did anything improper with the Chicago Olympic Committee but his death with no suicide note makes you wonder if this is just another in a long line of suspicious deaths in Chicago.
With Chicago having a failing school system, many of us question why Arne Duncan, Superintendent of Chicago Public Schools, was named by his good friend Obama, to be Secretary of Education. Obama expects school districts to pay attention to what Duncan has to say? Not going to happen in most independent school districts. Was the naming of Duncan a payback to the National Education Association (NEA) for their huge support of Obama? We believe it was.
In looking deeper at Chicago Public Schools, we would be remiss if we did not bring up Obama's role in the $500M Annenberg Challenge which in the final analysis people see little benefit to the Chicago Public School but some people lined their pockets from this effort. Why was Obama chosen by Bill Ayers to head this project when Obama had little background? Rumor has it that Obama didn't make a move without Ayers' blessing.
If you don't believe us about the Anneberg Challenge was a failure, check the Fordham study on the the results of the Anneberg Challened which was to pump $500M into Chicago Public Schools. Here is the bottom line of their study from Alexander:
According to a piece done by Alexander Russo for the Thomas B Fordham Institute:--snip--
But, while those who have benefited monetarily from the grants have enthusiastically praised it, there is little evidence to show that the program his enjoyed any actual success.
Beyond testimonials from those associated with the Challenge, however, it becomes difficult to find conclusive indications of the program's impact. Outside of anecdotal examples, few of the networks contacted were able to distinguish clearly what specific role Annenberg funds had played in their effectiveness, and none of the networks contacted could supply research that attributes student-achievement gains to Annenberg funding.
--snip--
Therein lies the problem. While few connected with them doubt the value of the programs supported by the Chicago Challenge, their impact is not yet established. This lack of hard evaluation data on the effectiveness of the Challenge is a source of widespread frustration in a city where test scores have increasingly become the coin of the realm. "We don't have a lot to tell you," admitted University of Illinois professor Mark Smylie, who is principal investigator for the Chicago Annenberg Challenge Study being conducted by the Consortium on Chicago School Research at the University of Chicago. The Challenge is "a difficult thing to evaluate," he explained. "None of these Challenges reflects a tightly designed programmatic initiative that renders itself useful to traditional evaluation."
While those closely associated with the challenge are certain that it is having a positive impact on the schools, there is no actual evidence to prove it.
So, what we have, is multi-million dollar educational boondoggle, being run by Ayres. What, you might be asking, does this have to do with Barack Obama? Thank you for asking.
Ayres, and the other founders of the Annenberg Challenge chose Barack Obama to be the first Chairman of the Board for the new program. Barack Obama, whose relationship to Ayres was "flimsy at best" worked directly for Ayres for eight years. This would seem to be more than just a casual relationship.
Bottom line of all of this is that Teacher's Unions for the most part put their own wants and needs ahead of their students or they wouldn't strike against their students. We have Chicago politicians running their schools which by all accounts are horrible schools and some of the worst in the Nation, but they continue to line their pockets and get elected by the Chicago Teacher's Union.
What Chicago needs on their school board are people like Rep Meeks who put the students first in spite of the thug tactics of the union. Only then will Chicago Schools start to educate their students instead of making politicians wealthy.
Not only is the Chicago Teacher's Union a powerful force in the Chicago Public Schools which they have virtually destroyed but are in many of the Colleges that dot the landscape of Chicago. First semester you are on probation but the second semester you have to join the union. The benefit is that your pay rises almost double for the same one class you were teaching the semester before. Same professor, same curriculum, but get a lot more pay because you are now a union member. Make sense to you -- it doesn't to us. That doesn't even include the fact you don't just have to join one union to teach local colleges but you have to join one at each and every one you teach. If you teach two classes under the non-union wage for the first semester, then the second semester when you join the union you teach one class for the same amount of money as you received from teaching two classes. Make sense? Only in union circles does it make sense.
This is your tax dollars at work! Thank you local teacher union member for putting themselves ahead of students all across America. Under Obama they are going to get even stronger. America needs to wake up and take back schools from the NEA and local teacher's union. Today is a fine day to start in Chicago and around the Country after this editorial which can be read in its entirety at 'Too High Price'.
Note: If you live in Chicago and want to help Senator Meeks, suggest you contact him at his Springfield Office at (217) 782-8066 or his district office at (708) 862-1515 and offer your support including support for his reelection since it looks like the Chicago Teacher's Union has made him a target. We are more then happy to support a Democrat on this site who puts Chicago school children first.

Democrats Clinch Votes Needed to Bring Health Bill to Senate Floor
Stealing elections is a Democrat specialty as we are now seeing in NY CD-23. When is it going to stop so that Americans can be assured when they go to the polls to vote only legal American citizens are voting and then only voting once?
Add the name of Senator Blanche Lincoln (D-AR) to the list of Democrats for Sale!

Was IG Walpin fired because he uncovered hush money scandal?
What does that tell you? It tells us that a Friend of Obama is immune from prosecution for anything they do. In the Obama world, all is legit as long as they continue to donate and support Obama no matter the crime and the person who discovers the crime is the one who will be fired.
We seem to remember Obama saying he was going to have the most "transparent administration in history." Now we are asking what he meant by that. Some members of the media as they touted the most "transparent administration in history" wrongly assumed it meant everything in the Administration would by open to review. Boy, were they wrong. We know Democrats lie to get elected but this was a whopper of a lie. This Administration doesn't seem to care if they get caught in a lie, they keep right on doing what they were doing. Transparent -- not even a little.
We thought the White House was FOR SALE under Clinton but Bill and Hillary cannot hold a candle to Obama and the Chicago thugs in charge now. They have taken FOR SALE to a whole new level having Government paid people brief various Democrat fundraisers. Nothing is off limits with this group.
Maybe one of these days, they will sell the White House lawn in small pieces for donations and have the taxpayers put in a new lawn? Why not, it would raise money for Democrats and Obama who is in charge of the White House FOR SALE policy.
Read the background on why Walpin was fired and ask yourself what the Obama Administration is doing being the scenes which we have a feeling is even worse.

Was IG Walpin fired because he uncovered hush money scandal?
Rick Moran
In normal America, this would be a hot story; Inspector General fired by the White House (illegally) for uncovering a scandal involving a friend of the president who paid hush money to women to keep them from talking about his sexual harassment of them.
And to make the scandal juicier, the president's friend's girlfriend - the Chancellor of public schools in Washington, D.C. - helped him cover up the wrongdoing.
Now doesn't that sound like a juicy scandal? It's got everything; sexual wrongdoing, pro sports, people in high places, cover up, bribery, and a connection to the President of the United States.
But this isn't "normal" America. This is Obama's America where such stories that might have sunk a Republican president are considered "distractions" and not worthy of covering.
To fill in some of the names; Former pro-basketball star now Mayor of Sacramento Kevin Johnson, a personal friend and supporter of the president, evidently got a little too friendly with at least three women who he paid to hush up his "inappropriate advances."
Enter the Inspector General Gerald Walpin who oversees Americorps and whose investigation had already revealed irregularities in the use of that agency's money by Johnson, including paying kids to wash his car and expensing items from his campaign.
When Walpin tried to have Johnson brought up on charges, the U.S. attorney balked and settled the matter without going to trial (Johnson's charity, St. Hope, paid back more than $800,000 to Americorps). Walpin, quite rightly, was furious and took the matter to the Americorps board where he discovered to his chagrin that a new wind was blowing through Washington and the board members didn't want to anger president Obama.
The result was that an Obama supporter on the board fired off a letter to the White House demanding that Walpin be fired. The excuse was that he was basically senile and that it was imperative that he be removed immediately - despite a law that protected IG's from this kind of summary treatment.
This all happened last spring. Well, now Johnson's peccadilloes have been revealed by congressional investigators along with the attempt to buy the silence of women. And "damage control was handled by none other than Michelle Rhee, then on the board of one of Americorp's charities, now Chancellor of the DC public school system.Byron York of the Examiner has the juicy details:The employee told investigators that Rhee told her that "she was making this her number one priority, and she would take care of the situation." A short time later, the employee learned that the girl who had complained about Johnson had received a visit from Johnson's personal attorney. The congressional report quotes the girl as saying the attorney "basically asked me to keep quiet," and Johnson offered her $1,000 a month for the duration of her time with St. Hope. Once investigators learned about that, the report says, they had "reasonable suspicions about potential hush money payments and witness tampering at a federally funded entity."

Senator Mary L. Landrieu to Support Democratic Health Care Bill
When we decided to do this blog, Democrats for Sale, we wondered if we would have enough to keep the site informative and live up to its name. Little did we realize that the current Democrats in DC were going to provide all we needed and more. Hard to believe the corruption we are seeing in the Democrats in Congress that gets shoved aside or not worth investigating. Guess they have lived up to their mantra in accusing Republicans of what they are doing.
Today we have Landrieu living up to this title as she just sold out any principles and the wishes of her state by saying she would vote "YES" to shut down unlimited debate and don't anyone kid themselves because that is exactly what a cloture vote does -- limits debate. Who is going to be the next Democrat to sell out for M-O-N-E-Y?

John King: Holder Didn't Want To Admit KSM Trial Precedent Setting
What we found interesting was the reaction of fellow Democrat Rep Ike Skelton (D-MO) who chairs the House Armed Services Committee in letters to Sec Def Gates and AG Holder asking them to brief his Committee:
"As a former prosecutor, I am not yet convinced that the right decision was made in these cases, nor that the presumption in favor of federal criminal trials over military tribunals for these detainees should continue," Skelton said in a letter to the two officials. Why is Obama who we believe he is behind this action turning a deaf ear to all the concerns and pressing forward? They want to subject KSM and his fellow terrorists to a civilian trial on one hand and then tell us on the other hand if they are found innocent they will take them back into custody and hold them for the military. That absolutely makes ZERO sense and is a dangerous gamble in our opinion.
Are we ever going to get a straight answer out of the Obama Administration? Our guess is NO!
John King: Holder Didn't Want To Admit KSM Trial Precedent Setting
By Noel Sheppard (Bio Archive)November 21, 2009 - 11:55 ET
CNN's John King on Thursday claimed Attorney General Eric Holder intentionally avoided Sen. Lindsey Graham's "stumping" question during the previous day's Senate Judiciary Committtee hearing because he didn't want to admit that trying Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and other 9/11 suspects in a criminal courtroom is indeed precedent setting. As NewsBusters reported Wednesday, Holder appeared stumped when Graham asked, "Can you give me a case in United States history where a enemy combatant caught on a battlefield was tried in civilian court?"
Speaking with WOR radio's Steve Malzberg Thursday, King said, "He knew the answer to the question. He just wasn't going to say it because...he did not want to be the one saying this is the first time we've ever done this" (15-minute audio available here, relevant section at 6:50, partial transcript follows along with embedded video of Graham-Holder exchange):

Hacked: Sensitive Documents Lifted from Hadley Climate Center
Guess we could ask "What does Al Gore know and when did he know it?" Gore has been scamming people out of money and won a Noble Prize for Junk Science in Oct 2007. Not bad to make millions maybe even a billion dollars off of flawed data. Someone needs to investigate this whole scam but Gore is a Democrat and that will never happen. We are still waiting to hear about the Rangel investigation so excuse us if we don't hold our breath waiting for an investigation into the people here in the United States led by Al Gore who perpetrated the fraud on the American people.
Senator Inhofe has won this debate and Boxer has lost. Hope all of this helps defeat her in 2010 in California.

Hacked: Sensitive Documents Lifted from Hadley Climate Center
By Keith Johnson
Well, this should get interesting.
The Hadley Climate Research Unit in Britain was hacked yesterday, apparently by Russian black hats, and thousands of sensitive documents, including emails from climate scientists dating back a decade, were posted online. More here.
Officials at Hadley, a leading global-warming research center, have apparently confirmed to an Australian publication that the documents are genuine.
The whole affair has much of the blogosphere alight. Blogs skeptical of man-made global warming see blood in the water.
Some of the old emails from scientists made public apparently make references to things like “hid[ing] the decline,” referring to global temperature series and different ways to slice and dice climate data.
In all, it seems there are more than 3,000 files in the hacked folders, which have been reposted in various places on the Internet.
The big Copenhagen summit had lost a lot of its appeal in recent days, as world leaders kept dialing down expectations for the climate talks. Maybe this will spice things up.

Inhofe Declares 2009 "The Year of the Skeptic"
UPDATE:
Please view clips of Senator Inhofe's speech:
Full Text of Senator Inhofe's Speech to the Senate, Nov 18, 2009
***** End Update *****
Remember the first time I heard Sen Inhofe talk about 'junk science' and nodding my head in agreement. Figured it was only a matter of time until the 'real' scientists stepped forward with facts to debunk the 'junk science' of Al Gore and others on global warming. In the meantime, Al Gore has made millions and millions off this 'junk science' flying around in his private jet which the Green movement didn't seem to mind. Another Democrat scam job that the Green Movement swallowed hook, line, and sinker.
No one including the Senator thinks we should waste natural resources but to say almost everything we do leads to global warming pointed at what it was -- 'junk science' as the Gore people were using flawed data and methodology.
Senators Inhofe and Nickles along with Cong J.C. Watts were responsible for bringing the National Weather Service and Storms Prediction Center to the Norman Campus of the University of Oklahoma. OU is a leading research university and the home of the brand-new National Weather Center. The School of Meteorology which is part of the new College of Atmospheric and Geographic Sciences is now housed within the National Weather Center, which also contains the National Severe Storms Laboratory and the Storm Prediction Center. The College of Atmospheric and Geographic Sciences is also home to the Department of Geography and the Geographic Information Science program.
With some of the leading professors and researchers in the world at OU working in these programs, new advances in geography, GIS, and meteorology are being made daily. Emphasis on interdisciplinary projects involving all three areas allows the College to address current challenges in areas of renewable energy, climate change, and sustainability of the natural and built environments. The real facts not 'junk science' about what is happening on climate change are coming out.
Why anyone would think that Al Gore had all the answers as he shopped around for people that agreed with him is beyond common sense. His radical approach now being debunked shows that Al Gore was nothing but an opportunitist and scam artist who has made millions and millions of dollars. Where is the outrage from the public about what Gore has been doing? Or for that fact where is the media? Some of the media not only made fun of Senator Inhofe but considered him to not come close to measuring up to Al Gore when in fact, Senator has had the facts for a long time.
Senator Inhofe has understood the facts a lot better then Al Gore who ignored facts for years including making a movie. As a proponent of research by helping bring the NWS and Storms Prediction Center to OU to partner with the university has led to the research we see today. Inhofe knew what he was doing unlike the scaremonger Gore. While Gore has been dealing with fuzzy math, Inhofe has been dealing with facts.
It is so refreshing to see Senator Inhofe proven right and Al Gore outed for the scaremonger, opportunist, and scam artist he is after he has made by some accounts a 'billion dollars' while he preyed on people that wanted a better environnment with his flawed data. Al Gore should be investigated but we figure that is too much to ask since he is a Democrat.
UPDATE, 3:31 p.m. cst: A friend of this site has provided us some more background on all of this:
Senator Inhofe notes that this is the year those questioning the consensus are being heard. It is more than that, though. There have been several major science developments. Among them are,
First, the continuing lack of warming during this decade, contrary to the predictions of the IPCC, to the extent that the organization itself and supporting scientists have had to acknowledge that failure and create excuses. The alarmists also have additional unwelcome anamolies which include increasing Arctic ice, slowing ocean level rise, ocean heat measurements, etc.(http://www.newswithviews.com/Morano/marc104.html) is settled. An American Meteorological Society poll results published in Oct2009 included such nuggets that well under half of their certifed weathercasters believe that it is certain climate is warming, half believe that most of the warming since 1950 is NOT human-induced, and more than two-thirds believe the climate models are reliable (http://blogs.chron.com/sciguy/archives/climate_change/). These among many other examples demonstrate that those who are familar with science and the scientific method are increasingly angered by the way "global warming" crowd has put the credibility of science itself under attack.
Secondly, it has been revealed to many shocked scientists that the HADCRUT, which was placed in charge of the world's definitive compilation of temperature data, has "lost" or eliminated the original data of weather stations worldwide. Since that data was entrusted to the institution, it became the sole repository of much data, and all that is seems to remain now is the "value added data" and it is now impossible to verify the accuracy of the manipulations HADCRUT performed, and continues to perform. This is especially disconcerting since HadCrut "corrections" over the years have consistently had the effect of enhancing 20th century warming and their methodology is clearly questionable. This distressing story has been developing rapidly over this year due to HADCRUT's. (http://www.climateaudit.org/?p=6789 http://rankexploits.com/musings/2009/free-the-cru-data/ & http://wattsupwiththat.com/2008/06/24/a-new-view-on-giss-data-per-lucia/ among many others)
Thirdly, MIT Prof.Lindzen et.al. published a seminal paper (www.drroyspencer.com/Lindzen-and-Choi-GRL-2009.pdf) directly analyzing the energy balance of Earth using satellite data now available, and those calculations directly show that the effect of increasing CO2 is incorrectly incorporated by ALL of the climate models. Also in the research front, two new mechanisms Meehl's new mechanism involving Sun,stratosphere and oceans, (http://www.ucar.edu/news/releases/2009/solarcycle2.jsp) in addition to the Svenson's long proposed Cosmic Ray mechanism and Lindzen's Adaptive Iris, have been proposed and partly verified that have an amplifying effect on changes of energy from the Sun gained ground in explaining how Solar energy changes can be directly amplified. The alarmists have long denied that such positive feedback exists, though historical data has long suggested that it must.In addition to the research and data developments, professional scientific organizations have come increasingly under pressure this year by their memberships for espousing the alarmist viewpoints. The American Physical Society is now reviewing their "official statement" as a result (http://www.openletter-globalwarming.info/Site/open_letter.html) has been signed by 160 members of APS including a Nobel ]. The venerable Journal of journal Chemical and Engineering News has seen a saw the members of the world's largest scientific organization create a firestorm as a result of their chief editor writing that "the science of anthropogenic climate change is becoming increastingly well established."
Inhofe declares victory in speech on global warming
By JIM MYERS World Washington Bureau
Published: 11/18/2009 9:23 PM; Last Modified: 11/18/2009 9:23 PM
WASHINGTON — U.S. Sen. Jim Inhofe, perhaps Congress’ most vocal skeptic of man-made global warming, essentially declared victory Wednesday in a lengthy speech on the Senate floor.
“I proudly declare 2009 as the ‘Year of the Skeptic,’ the year in which scientists who question the so-called global warming consensus are being heard,’’ the Oklahoma Republican said.
“Until this year, any scientist, reporter or politician who dared raise even the slightest suspicion about the science behind global warming was dismissed and repeatedly mocked.’’
Inhofe recalled his own 2003 remarks in which he said much of the debate over global warming was predicated on fear rather than science.
Alarmists warned of a future plagued by catastrophic flooding, economic dislocations, droughts and mosquito-borne diseases, he said.
Inhofe also recalled his most famous comment in which he suggested that man-made global warming would turn out to be “the greatest hoax ever perpetrated on the American people.”
“Today, I have been vindicated,’’ he said.
Inhofe pointed to the upcoming international conference in Copenhagen, Denmark, which previously was viewed as a chance for nations to make some kind of a binding agreement on greenhouse gases.
White House aides said Sunday that a fully binding legal agreement would be put off until a December 2010 meeting in Mexico City, The Associated Press reported.
Inhofe said Wednesday that “the reality, of course, is that Copenhagen will be a disaster.’’
Inhofe is the top Republican on the Senate Environment and
Public Works Committee. He recently helped lead a Republican boycott of that panel’s efforts to act on a major climate change bill.
Democrats were forced to vote the measure out of committee without amendments, and an effort already is under way to come up with a different bill.
That measure now is not expected to be taken up in the Senate until next year.

Washington, DC Stimulus Funds 99th Congressional District, La Raza, AARP
The fact they are funding jobs in 440 Congressional Districts that don't exist should raise a Red Flag. Who is getting the money? Obama big donors? Also the stimulus is funding liberal organizations like La Raza and AARP arms of the DNC who worked to elect Obama. Is this why an Obama friend was named head of AARP? Why are these organizations still non-profit especially AARP after endorsing legislation that they are forbidden to do by law. Never mind, they support a Democrat so it is okay. (sarcasm)
Washington, DC Stimulus Funds 99th Congressional District, La Raza, AARP
November 17, 2009
Washington, DC has no congressional representation. If it was sliced into 99 parcels, there would be a congressional district every two-thirds of a square mile.
This is one of many mistakes and red flags that have been raised on Recovery.gov, the federal government’s $18 million attempt at stimulus accountability. The site already lists $6.4 billion in stimulus money distributed to 440 congressional districts that don’t exist.
Some of the spending in Washington goes not to shovel-ready construction projects, but liberal advocacy groups. The National Council of La Raza, a Latino immigrants-rights group whose name literally means “the race,” is allotted $156,620 in stimulus funds. Many conservatives have accused La Raza of practicing racial politics and supporting illegal immigration. The League of United Latino American Citizens, another Hispanics’ rights group, received $104,478.
The largest interest group payment was won by the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) to the tune of $18 million. Under the new leadership of its CEO Barry Rand, who has ties to Obama, the AARP surprised many and endorsed the Democrats’ health care plan. The group has since faced a backlash, with many seniors tearing up their membership cards and leaving the organization outright.
The National Council on the Aging, another seniors’ advocacy group that strongly supports the health care overhaul, netted $2.6 million.

Rep. Darrell Issa: Counterpoint: Fake job numbers vital to stimulus propaganda
If this Administration lies about the number of jobs created and we see what is obvious fraud going on, why would we trust them with healthcare?
Rep. Darrell Issa: Counterpoint: Fake job numbers vital to stimulus propagandaBy: Rep. Darrell Issa

Since President Obama took office, the American people have been subjected to an aggressive propaganda campaign designed to convince them that the $787 billion stimulus bill is working. Month after month, as unemployment continues to rise, the administration has sent its spinmeisters out to trumpet an altogether dubious number of jobs "created or saved."
Vice President Biden -- the man appointed by the president to oversee the recovery effort -- has shamelessly continued to claim credit for as many as one million jobs that the administration argues the stimulus has "created or saved."
Meanwhile, unemployment hit the highest point in a quarter century, and 3.8 million more Americans are out of work since the White House promised to "get the economy moving again." There's good reason to doubt thepresident's policies are working.
(snip)
"That is why I've asked Vice President Biden to lead a tough, unprecedented oversight effort -- because nobody messes with Joe."
Apparently, somebody is messing with Joe. Or even worse, Joe seems to be messing with us.
(snip)
From $1.2 million in stimulus funds that saved 935 jobs at a Georgia community council with only 508 employees, to a $1,047 lawnmower in Arkansas purchased with stimulus funds that resulted in 50 jobs, to the $26,174 grant for roof repairs in Texas that created 450 jobs, the signature item in the president's economic policy has been fraught with Enron-style accounting tricks and fraudulent reporting.
And all from a president who promised an "unprecedented level of openness and transparency."

Obama: Job creation not goal of Dec. 3 jobs forum
Companies have been laying off because they don't have the resources to continue paying people so how is this 'jobs forum' going to help. If a business is not making a profit and they have huge taxes looming ahead from this Obama Administration, why would they want to hire more people.
With all the pre-Christmas sales around, doubt if this is going to be a huge Christmas buying spree. Never have seen such discounts as we are witnessing this far before Christmas.
Obama: Job creation not goal of Dec. 3 jobs forum Charleston (WV) Daily Mail
18 Nov 2009
Associated Press
BEIJING (AP) - President Barack Obama says creating jobs isn't the goal of a coming White House forum on jobs and economic growth.
The president told NBC News on Wednesday that the purpose of the Dec. 3 summit is to figure out how to encourage hiring by businesses still reluctant to do so.
The U.S. unemployment rate hit 10.2 percent last month, the highest in decades. Before departing on his trip through Asia, Obama said the high jobless rate is one of the biggest challenges for an economy that has begun to show signs of recovery.
Obama told NBC that the forum will give him and other administration officials a chance to talk to CEOs, small-business owners and other experts to find out what's going on.

Fort Hood attack likely Islamist terrorism, Cornyn and Lieberman say
Secretary of Defense Gates wants an investigation in how DoD keeps an eye on potential problems(Pentagon to review tactics after Fort Hood shooting)with recommendations on what can be done. We would recommend someone other then the Army Chief of Staff who is afraid that diversity could be a casualty more then the soldiers who were killed. In fact Secretary of Defense Gates could do the Army a favor and find a new Chief of Staff that puts soldiers ahead of diversity.

Sen. John Cornyn of Texas is joining Senate Homeland Security Committee Chairman Joe Lieberman, I-Conn., in publicly declaring that the attack on Fort Hood is likely an act of Islamist terrorism.
Cornyn wrote a letter to President Barack Obama today urging the White House not to let "political correctness" get in the way of investigating the Nov. 5 massacre that left 13 people dead and more than 30 wounded.
"As more and more facts surrounding the Fort Hood attack surface, it looks increasingly probable that the alleged attacker, Major Nidal Hasan, heeded these terrorist calls to violence, compelled by a fanatical religious ideology. If Islamist terrorism was the driving force behind the senseless violence at Fort Hood, as it seems to be, this attack must serve as a call to action for the federal government," Cornyn wrote.
"Evidence indicating that terrorist activity may be in the offing must always be run to ground; federal agencies must follow every lead and look into every possible threat, regardless of whose particular sensitivities might be offended in the process," he continued.

The Fix was In
With this information NY CD-23 most likely wouldn't have gone to a Democrat although Hoffman has now rescinded his concession with the race tightening. That would have been one less vote for Pelosicare.
Shows how this Obama Administration puts politics above everything. We cannot believe that they are going to do this to the people of New York. Why risk this when so much of the evidence cannot be used that would have been used in a military tribunal? Can someone please tell us why Obama would risk allowing the mastermind of the 9/11 terrorist attacks to go free because it makes no sense.
Who is giving Obama orders on what to do since in 2006 he said that military tribunals should by used for KSM trials. (See Video of Sen Obama in 2006 -- Try KSM in Military Tribunals)

The Fix Was In
If the White House decided months ago to move KSM to New York, why didn't we find out till last week?
JAMES TARANTO
New York's Gov. David Paterson is not happy with the White House's decision to bring Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and four other enemy combatants to New York for civilian trials, reports WCBS-TV:"This is not a decision that I would have made. I think terrorism isn't just attack, it's anxiety and I think you feel the anxiety and frustration of New Yorkers who took the bullet for the rest of the country," he said.Whoa, hold on a second, Governor? The White House told you six months ago that they were going to put your constituents through this? Gee, thanks for letting us know.
Paterson's comments break with Democrats, who generally support the President's decision.
"Our country was attacked on its own soil on September 11, 2001 and New York was very much the epicenter of that attack. Over 2,700 lives were lost," he said. "It's very painful. We're still having trouble getting over it. We still have been unable to rebuild that site and having those terrorists so close to the attack is gonna be an encumbrance on all New Yorkers."
Paterson also said that the White House warned him six months ago this very situation would happen.
Here's a question: If the White House made up its mind about this six months ago--that would be in May, roughly four months after President Obama's inauguration--why did it wait until last week to make the announcement? That it was the week after an election is bound to raise suspicions that the timing was politically motivated. Source: Wall Street Journal
Our Government's Financial Track Record
The last thing this Country needs with running such a huge deficit is to have the Federal Government takeover control the American medical care system. The Pelosi Healthcare bill of almost 2,000 pages is nothing more then a payback to special interest groups at the the expense of the American taxpayer.
Call the number that has been highlighted in bright red in Dr. Tom's email and let your Senators know your stand on the issue. It is time Senators heard from all of us that it is time to kill this Obamacare bill with all earmarks and less care then we have now.
Our Government's Financial Track Record
11/17/2009
Dear Sharon,
As soon as this week, the U.S. Senate will be turning its attention to healthcare. More specifically, the Senate Majority Leader will be following the footsteps of the House of Representatives in attempting to pass legislation that will order the government takeover of American healthcare. This massive takeover is built presumably on the assumption that the federal government is the only entity in the entire nation that is capable of providing better access and lowering costs.
Let’s examine its track record:
Government Spending—BANKRUPT“U.S. Posts $176.36 Billion Deficit for October”
Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac—BANKRUPT"Fannie Loses $23 Billion, Prompting Even Bigger Bailout Chance of Repaying Taxpayers Is Slim”
Highway Trust Fund—BANKRUPT“Republican Senators Blast GAO Report on Wasteful 'Transportation' Spending”
Social Security/Medicare Trust Funds—INSOLVENT“Social Security, Medicare Face Insolvency Sooner”
Indian Health Service— “Don't Get Sick After June”
Cash for Clunkers— “Cash for Clunkers' Runs Out of Gas”
US Department of Agriculture— “USDA Paid Dead Farmers $1.1B”
Amtrak— “Study: Amtrak loss comes to $32 per passenger”
Hurricane Katrina Recovery— “Probe: New Orleans flood control pumps not reliable”
Setting aside ideological objections for a second, based on experience alone, it should be apparent to all Americans that the federal government is the last entity that we should turn to for answers to our health care problems. Time after time, federal bureaucracies (and Congress) have actually increased costs, squandered billions, and struggled to deliver basic programs.
As terrible as insurance bureaucracies are today, and I have had my share of fights with insurance bureaucrats on behalf of patients, just wait until the federal government extends its reach further into healthcare.
As your senator, and as a doctor who cares deeply about giving people the care they need, I intend to vigorously oppose socialized medicine in the weeks and months ahead and will use every tool available to see that we avoid this historic mistake. I also plan to offer sensible alternatives that will both lower costs for all Americans while ensuring access to quality care.
If you want to let senators know how you feel, call the Senate switchboard at (202) 224-3121 to connect with specific senators. Your voice matters and I can assure that a flood of calls will get the attention of career politicians.
Your senator,
Dr. Tom Coburn
