Once again we also have a Democrat admitting they didn't read the bill before campaigning for its passage. Machin's comments while he was out campaigning for Obamacare along with yesterday's comments he would have voted against it are 180 degrees apart, but he wants West Virginians to believe he will be their voice in the Senate not Obama's? Give us a break -- it is getting more obvious with every passing day that Democrats will say and do anything to get elected in 2010 and Manchin is no exception.
Thanks to the power of the Internet and YouTube voters can see right through the Democrat spin and lies this year. You cannot beat having a candidate's own words to show where they stand or flip flop.
Judge for yourself if West Virginians can trust Manchin to be their Senator. If you are going to do a 180 in the general election campaign, it is a safe bet you will be on the side of the Obama Democrats in DC come January.
Time for West Virginia to be represented by a man they can trust to do what he says -- Republican John Raese who doesn't change his stance on issues to fit the scenario of the day or to pander for votes.
Manchin said ""I’d Be For It" on Obamacare's passage in March 2010:
Manchin said he would have voted against Obamacare on October 24, 2010:

On Fox News Sunday this morning, West Virginia Governor and embattled Senate candidate Joe Manchin continued his re-invention tour as he now tries to run as far as possible from President Obama and the Democrats’ agenda in Washington. As Huffington Post reports, Manchin pulled a "full 180" on ObamaCare saying that he would have voted against the bill had he been in Congress.
....
In response to Governor Manchin’s interview on Fox News Sunday, NRSC Communications Director Brian Walsh said:
"No matter how hard career politician Joe Manchin tries to re-invent himself, the reality is that when the rubber met the road, he rubber-stamped ObamaCare and the failed stimulus, and if elected to the Senate he will continue to rubber-stamp the Obama agenda. A vote for Joe Manchin on November 2nd will be a vote for the Obama agenda."Excerpt: Read More at NRSC
The choice is clear in West Virginia -- John Raese needs your vote as he is the ONLY candidate who will go to the Senate and stand up West Virginians not be a rubberstamp for Obama's agenda like Manchin.
