"A wise and frugal government which shall restrain men
from injuring one another, which shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned. This is the sum of good government."

Where is Alex Sink? Obama Raises Campaign Funds in Coral Gables for Democrats

Where is Alex Sink?
Obama Raises Campaign Funds in Coral Gables for Democrats

Not present
From the pool report, all you need to know about Florida:

AF1 landed at Miami-Dade Airport, where weather conditions are remarkably similar to those in DC, at 4:26 p.m.

Upon exiting the plane, POTUS was greeted by Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Democratic Senate candidate Kendrick Meek and a group of nearly two dozen others. A kiss on the cheek for Wasserman Schultz and a handshake for Meek.

Democratic gubernatorial candidate Alex Sink was not present.

Since Alex Sink didn't meet with Obama the day after she won the primary when he came to South Florida for HER fundraiser, we are not shocked she didn't shop up this afternoon.   Wonder if Charlie Crist is in attendance?  Probably not since Kendrick Meeks is there.

One reason Sink is absent could be that she doesn't want to take questions about her going back on a campaign promise not to go negative. She went negative big time against Scott but didn't do a lot of fact checking before launching the ad against Scott on healthcare. Looks like she may have relied on the information that current AG McCollum and defeated GOP candidate for Governor, provided in the primary. We were left wondering where McCollum got his information and if he used info in files that were not public record. Now Sink has followed the McCollum lead.

Will Sink comment on her tenure as the Chief Financial Officer which has been less than stellar? Looks like she has been backroom dealing with the use of a 'middleman' to get the State in the door of pension funds which was unnecessary for starters or losing millions of dollars in bad investments. When are members of the media going to demand that this 'middleman' or 'middlmen' names be made public? As we asked before, will their names appear on her list of donors for her 527 which is also not transparent as promised?

She broke the promise of no 527 when she talked to Chiles to get him out of the race knowing he hates 527's. Facts were she had signed the paperwork several days before and promised to make all donors transparent. We are still waiting. More doubletalk from Sink!

Now she has gone back on another campaign promise to not go negative. How can you believe Sink when she says what she will do as Governor? Wait, where is her plan or is her plan to just go negative about something from the 90's that has been answered with facts?

Just what Florida does not need -- Alex Sink as Governor who cannot keep her word and refuses to answer questions or make records open concerning her own dealings. Much easier to attack than answer questions like Rick Scott has done.

Only one choice for Florida to get the state moving forward and that is Rick Scott. Alex Sink has already proven she will say one thing and do another.
