"A wise and frugal government which shall restrain men
from injuring one another, which shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned. This is the sum of good government."

I Cheat -- Alex Sink Cheats in the Florida Governor's Debate

Received this email from the Scott campaign following the debate tonight.  Unbelievable that Alex Sink felt compelled to cheat.  It is either arrogance of a liberal Democrat they can break the rules all they want or abject stupidity -- either way she does not deserve to be Governor.  If she will cheat in a debate, what would she do as Governor?  We already know what she did as the CFO of Florida making bad investments and hiring unnecessary middlemen for over $1M to open doors to pension funds which was a waste of money.

How much money has Alex Sink, FL CFO, cost the residents of Florida with bad judgement?  Now she wants to be Governor?  She has no plan on even how to fund her $58B in new programs although she might want an Internet Tax which she has put on the table.  No idea how to grow jobs along with no plan.  Guess we would be safe in saying that she would want another stimulus from Obama for Florida to say she grew jobs.

There is one choice for Florida Governor and that is Rick Scott with his 7-7-7 Plan to turn the Florida economy around, add jobs in the private sector not in Government, and reduce government.  We just hope that Alex Sink doesn't end up back in the banking industry as they have enough problems.

Dear Sharon,

I know many of you had the opportunity to watch the debate between Rick Scott and Alex Sink on CNN this evening. During the debate, there was a moment that crystallized the stakes in this election. Alex Sink broke the rules agreed to by both campaigns prior to the debate when she was shown a message on an iPhone by an aide during one of the commercial breaks. It was especially ironic because she cheated right after an exchange about ethical conduct.

Rick immediately noted this cheating and mentioned it in his first answer after the break. After the debate, moderator Adam Smith of the St. Petersburg Times sent the following tweet:

@adamsmithtimes: Alex Sink cheated during Fla gov debate Tampa Bay Blogs
It is very unusual for a moderator to feel compelled to make such a judgment following a debate, but it is also unheard of for a candidate to so recklessly ignore an agreement.

Floridians deserve a governor who respects their agreements and tonight, after her iCheat episode, it’s clear that Alex Sink will do anything to get elected.

Sincerely,

/s/
